Quality Assurance Technician

Spring Grove, IL Client is seeking a full-time permanent Quality Assurance Technician for first shift. Qualified candidates will have previous experience working in a machining/turning environment with the ability to identify discrepant incoming product, material, and/or production/quality defects, verify that all conditions and specifications are being met by ensuring that procedures are followed for inspection of first piece samples, in process, and special process inspections as well as making necessary determination and taking prompt action to notify and/or stop production team when products do not meet quality specifications. The ability to utilize basic computer skills to maintain accurate records for all quality functions is also a requirement.
